Customers nowadays are increasingly using online shopping due to its convenience in terms of time and cost, in addition to providing a vast variety of products and services and allowing customer to compare between different products. Several factors can affect the satisfaction levels of online customers including the quality of logistics services. This paper studies the relationship between logistics service quality (LSQ) dimensions and customer satisfaction and then studies the impact of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The study targeted online shoppers in Egypt and 292 responses were collected. The findings of the study revealed that information quality, product quality, product condition and reverse logistics are the most significant variable relating to customer satisfaction and that customer satisfaction has a significant impact on customer loyalty. Today's business environment is facing an unavoidable challenge. Small businesses’ success is, therefore, vital for maintaining the world economy in general and the Malaysian economy in particular. In addition, Entrepreneurship is a driving force in bringing innovation to the market and creating firms that can achieve high growth in the economy. The objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between customer satisfaction and loyalty in delivery industries. Furthermore, this study describes the characteristics of customers in order to determine the significant relationship between the associated marketing variables. The dimensions for customer relationship management performance factors are related to technology strategy. The method of this study is applied research, and the respondent is an individual customer from a logistic company. According to the findings, the result showed that a questionnaire survey on Likert scale is significant to the study. Lastly, this study is also conducted by SEM analysis. The measurement for the technology strategy in this study is based on the attitude of a customer toward the initiative taken by a Logistic service provider on Support information system and information sharing, usefulness, care and help, ease of use, service portfolio, security as well as updated System offered by the logistic service provider. Increasing housing prices in Perak has made it difficult for homebuyers to own affordable housing. Housing affordability ensures that housing provided is affordable for every income group, especially the low and middle-income groups. It has brought the government and housing developers’ attention the issue of housing affordability by supplying public low-cost housing schemes. The traditional measurement of housing affordability is by using the percentage of household income spent on housing. The important cost that is usually ignored in measuring housing affordability is transportation costs. Housing and transportation are the two largest expenses for most households. This paper aims to determine the factors affecting housing affordability by including transportation expenditures. A total of 65 questionnaires were distributed to the homebuyers in Perak Tengah. The multiple linear regression was conducted, and the results revealed that locational, neighborhood, structural and financial were significant factors influencing housing affordability. The global COVID-19 outbreak at the beginning of 2020 has had a great impact on many global industrial chains, and triggered a systematic risk of chain breakage. By studying the actual supply chain strategy and the change trend of supply chain strategy in representative countries and enterprises, this research predicts the short-term, medium-term and long-term impact of COVID-19 epidemic on global supply chain. With the progress of social technology and the economy and the development of globalization, supply chain management has become the most important means to help enterprises obtain competitive advantages. This paper takes the impact of supply chain integration on enterprise competitive advantage as the research object. Therefore, the author combs the research literature of supply chain integration and enterprise competitive advantage and refers to other scholars’ composition mechanisms of enterprise competitive advantage. At the same time, the author conducted research on the service industry and constructs the supply chain integration enterprise competitive advantage model, based on the literature review and interview analysis results. The author puts forward a series of research hypotheses to test the correlation between the variables in the competitive advantage model. According to the research hypothesis and the characteristics of the service industry, the paper designs a questionnaire and carries on the research, uses statistical software to analyze the data of 133 valid samples, and verifies the feasibility of applying the model to the establishment of the service industry. The test results show that the competitive advantage model is valid for service industry.
